Job Overview:
Digital Officer is responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives at the site level by bridging business operations with technology solutions. As a frontline manager, the role focuses on execution, adoption, and value realization of digital initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Execution (Site Level)
a) Deploy enterprise digital strategy aligned with plant objectives
b) Identify opportunities for digitalization across production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
c) Drive implementation of Industry 4.0 use cases (IoT, analytics, automation, AI)
2. Program & Project Management
a) Lead and manage digital projects from concept to deployment
b) Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
