Job Description
We’re looking for a Digital Channels Owner to manage our loyalty platforms and digital systems, ensuring smooth operations, delivering product improvements, and boosting customer engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure day-to-day stability of loyalty & digital platforms.
- Define and manage product roadmap, user stories, and backlog.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and tech teams on new features.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
- Support QA, UAT, and monitor post-release stability.
- Drive campaigns, member adoption, and repeat purchases.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years in Product Management, Loyalty Platforms, E-commerce, or Digital Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
