Job Purpose:
To drive the strategy, execution, optimization, and adoption of Royal Enfield’s customer-centric digital products and experiences to strengthen brand awareness, aspiration, and consumer engagement. The role is responsible for delivering seamless and connected customer journeys across digital touchpoints by leading product enhancements, improving UI/UX, driving feature innovation, governing agency delivery, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to create integrated, high-quality consumer experiences that support business and portfolio objectives.
