At Shape, an Digital Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of our data product to industrial clients, from project kick-off through go-live and ongoing support. This professional acts as a key point of contact throughout the implementation process, driving structured activities, tracking milestones and timelines, and supporting clients during technical onboarding and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead client implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality commitments are met throughout all project phases.
- Support project tracking and governance through status reporting, meeting facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and risk monitoring across internal and client teams.
