Job Duties: Role Overview The Account Delivery Manager (ADM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership of the U.S. Bank Data, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence (Data & AI) portfolio. This role ensures predictable, high‑quality execution across complex, regulated initiatives while acting as the primary delivery interface between U.S. Bank stakeholders, internal Data & AI leadership, and global delivery teams. The ADM partners closely with the Client Partner, Account Leadership, and Practice Leads to translate strategy into execution—balancing delivery excellence, financial performance, risk management, and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent programs.
