The Digital Sales Associate supports property sales through SMDC’s digital platform by engaging online leads, conducting virtual consultations, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. This role requires a tech-savvy, customer-focused, and results-driven individual who ensures a smooth and positive digital buying experience for clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Execution
- Manage initial client interactions through chat, email, or phone and nurture assigned leads.
- Drive sales from inbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-ups when necessary.
Order Management
- Process assigned transactions within the agreed service level agreements (SLA).
