Key Responsibilities
- Product Listing & Uploads: Manage bulk and individual product uploads across various e-commerce platforms (e.G., Shopify Firstcry, Myntraa ,Nykaa, Tatacliq, Amazon etc).
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of the live site to fix broken links, typos, or incorrect images.
- Customer communication which includes order confirmation for D2C website.
- Manage CRM tools and shipping aggregators.
