Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and enhance internal digital platforms supporting sales, service, laboratory and operations workflows
Support CRM systems including customer management, sales pipeline tracking, quotations, service records and reporting functions
Improve laboratory and testing systems covering sample tracking, test data management, equipment status, results processing and traceability
Integrate multiple systems to ensure seamless data flow and reduce manual or duplicate work across departments
Design and implement automation workflows and AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting, documentation and operational efficiency
Build dashboards and KPI reporting tools for management visibility and performance tracking
Ensure data integrity, audit trails, access control and compliance-aligned system governance
