Job Description
The
Digital Technical Lead (DTL)
is responsible for the
end-to-end technical ownership
of PSI’s digital platforms, with a primary focus on the
Magento B2B website , which represents the majority of company revenue.
This role serves as the
bridge between business, marketing, and technology , translating growth and customer experience requirements into
secure, stable, and scalable technical solutions . The Digital Technical Lead ensures that digital initiatives are delivered efficiently while maintaining platform reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities Platform Ownership & Technical Leadership
Own the technical health of PSI’s digital platforms (i.e. Magento B2B, Shopify B2B/B2C, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Celigo, Netsuite integration)
Ensure platform stability, uptime, scalability, and performance
