Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated QA Analyst to join the QA organization within the Ralph Lauren Consumer Technology division. In this role, you will help shape and elevate a modern, high performing QA practice by applying your expertise in software quality assurance, automation frameworks, and evolving engineering methodologies. You will lead automation initiatives, enhance build and deploy workflows, and improve test coverage to increase confidence in our systems and reduce risk through scalable automation. Your experience in software testing methodologies, automation best practices, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) will drive efficiency across our engineering ecosystem. This position involves close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, as well as external partners, within an Agile delivery model to deliver high-quality software while serving as the voice of quality within the team.
