What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervise and support front staff, including servers and cashiers, during daily operations.
- Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times.
- Monitor cashier transactions, handle voids and discounts, and ensure accurate cash handling and end‑of‑day reports.
- Oversee dining area cleanliness, table setup, and customer seating flow.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service and order accuracy.
- Assist in inventory monitoring of dining supplies and condiments.
- Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
