At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Room Host/Hostess plays a key role in creating a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. As the face of hospitality in our restaurant, you’ll ensure guests feel cared for and valued from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with warmth and enthusiasm
- Proactively assist guests with seating, high chairs, condiments, refills, and any special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, drink stations, and restrooms
- Regularly sanitize tables, chairs, high-touch surfaces, and other guest areas
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist with light bussing and tray pick-up
- Engage with guests through friendly conversation and attentive service
- Assist with taking trash and recycling to dumpsters
- Assist Kitchen as needed with Dish Cleaning
