**Job Description**
The leader is responsible for ensuring Human Health (HH) has an industry-leading strategy and approach to sourcing and creating commercial data assets to inform business critical decisions and actions. The leader will be responsible for creating, owning and implementing the HH data asset strategy and innovation agenda for select new and pipeline products.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Actively maintains an understanding of the HH commercial data landscape, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data assets, spanning HCP, Consumer, Payer, Patient, Account, etc; maintains a working knowledge of the use cases and value associated with each data asset.
+ Partners closely with internal stakeholders and Business unit leaders to ensure Data Strategy supports the BU goals and objectives inclusive of key initiatives and addresses key business questions.
