Summary
The Director, Strategic Process & Programs is responsible for optimizing and aligning enterprise processes to support large‑scale transformation programs. The role combines deep process expertise with program management skills, operating independently to identify gaps, drive accountability, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. The Director will develop and deliver executive‑level presentations to guide strategic decision‑making and ensure alignment across workstreams.
