Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell motor and car insurance products to drivers and motorists.
- Understand customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Provide after-sales support and policy renewal follow-up.
- Prior experience in automobile sales, medical sales, telesales, insurance, or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and results-oriented
