**Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Day Hab/Residential Setting**
**Location:** Brockton, MA
**Start Date:** June 22, 2026
**Duration:** 13 Weeks
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Compensation:** Up to $21/hr (*based on experience)
**Position Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated **Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)** to support individuals with disabilities in a structured and supportive environment in a day hab/residential setting.
As a DSP, you will play a critical role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for residents through hands-on care, skill development, and community engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Resident Support & Care**
+ Provide direct supervision and care to individuals with disabilities
+ Assist with:
+ Personal hygiene and daily living activities
+ Medical and dental care coordination
