**Direct Support Professional (DSP)**
**Locations** : Adams, North Adams, Clarksburg, Pittsfield, Williamstown, West Stockbridge **Pay** : $20/hr **Schedule** : Full-time & part-time, all shifts **Contract** : 13 weeks to start, strong likelihood of extension **Setting** : Group Home
**About the Role** Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected Western MA facility seeking compassionate DSPs to support individuals with disabilities in a group home environment. This is a hands-on, care-focused position involving daily living support and meaningful engagement.

+ Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
+ Assist with meal prep and feeding
+ Maintain a clean, safe home through routine housekeeping
+ Support individuals with ADLs and personal goals
