Direct Support Professional - Group Home Nights
Location: PORCUPINE PLAIN
Porcupine Opportunities Program is looking for a Full Time Night Shift Direct Support Professional for a group home in Porcupine Plain. This person will provide life supports to all individuals in the care of the agency, employment and recreation. The type and extent of care required by each individual is unique and will be identified in their person-centered plans and measured by each participant: emotional, physical and material well-being; intellectual and personal development; social inclusion; and community engagement. Staff will work in concert with each other and the Program Manager(s) to best meet individuals needs and aspirations. The focus will be to engage and build life skills through various methods.
