Job Description

Key Account Director

As part of this growth, they’ve created a new strategic Key Account team and are now looking to hire an experienced Key Account Director to manage some of their biggest global enterprise customers (typically just 2–3 accounts).



This is a highly commercial role focused on growing strategic enterprise relationships, leading complex commercial discussions, and driving long-term account expansion across international markets.



Building relationships with C-suite stakeholders across global organisations

• Driving strategic account plans and long-term commercial partnerships

• Collaborating internally with leadership, product, and customer teams to support customer growth

• Supporting the development of a newly created strategic accounts function



Strong enterprise SaaS account management or strategic commercial experience

• Proven success growing large global customer relationships
