Director | Agent Suite – Technical Program Management
As a Director-level Solutions Architect, you serve as the forward-deployed technical authority for Agent Suite, designing compliant, resilient agentic systems that integrate Mastercard assets into real client infrastructure. You own engagements, contribute reusable patterns, reference architectures, and field learnings to the global Services community. Solutions Architecture and Technical Project Management operate as inseparable partners: you own technical integrity from discovery through validated PoC, while the TPM governs delivery through production and handover. Early joiners will shape Agent Suite Services standards and culture as it scales.
