**Key Accountabilities**
+ Display strong critical thinking skills to identify trends, anomalies and patterns
+ Develop insightful dashboards, reports, analyses, and presentations for management, clearly communicating key findings and recommendations
+ Serve as business champion for AI, and how we better use it to surface key insights and actions
+ Interface directly with stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs, build strong relationships and influence decision making
+ Facilitates analytics stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and resolve conflicts; exhibit willingness to have difficult conversations to drive the best outcome for the business
