Director, Hub Services - Multiple
Nexstar Media Group, Inc., the nation’s largest owner/operator of television stations, is seeking a Director, Broadcast Hub Services to lead the strategy and operations of its centralized broadcast hubs. Reporting directly to the Vice President Broadcast Hub Services- this role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of Nexstar’s 24/7 master control operations across five hub locations.
This position will be based at one of our Hub locations: Dallas, Indianapolis or Spartanburg, SC
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide strategic oversight of Master Control operations supporting Nexstar’s nationwide station portfolio
+ Ensure compliance with FCC regulations and industry broadcast standards
+ Lead and support 24/7 operations across multiple time zones; respond to critical or time-sensitive issues as needed
