Director Building Surveying – West Midlands - Hybrid
We are working with a leading residential Propco with an impressive multi-billion-pound portfolio across the UK. They are currently looking for a director level Building Surveyor to lead a small growing team of building surveyors overseeing CAPEX refurbishments and professional surveying work across their Midlands portfolio.
Remuneration
£80,000 - £90,000 + benefits package + bonus.
Hybrid home based role with 1 day in the office per week.
The Role
The successful Building Surveyor will lead a small building surveying team who focus on project‑biased work across the business’s residential leasehold portfolio with additional commercial asset work. The role offers a fully flexible hybrid work set up, being based 1 day in the office for team meetings and then 4 days from home or at site visits.
