Job Description

The Director of Business Development will lead and manage the growth and successful launch of the SteriMax portfolio through strategic licensing and co-development deals, targeted onboarding of new partners, and competitive intelligence gathering. Furthermore, this individual will oversee the growth of SteriMax’s International business, ex-North America.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Business Development team through the establishment of a departmental vision, mandate, objectives, priorities, and personnel management (e.g. hiring, assignment of staff) activities.
  • Provide direct reports and/or cross-functional team members with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.
  • Responsible for managing SteriMax’s portfolio expansion through targeted selection of high value products, including but not limited to small molecules, complex products, biosimilars, ready to use formulations, etc.
