The Role
The Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team at Unity provides end‑to‑end support for companies on their transaction and IPO journeys. This includes IFRS & US GAAP, regulatory and exchange rules and regulations, carve‑out and pro forma reporting, deal structuring and PMO, internal controls (including SOX), and post‑IPO public company advice and support.
