In this role, you will:
Identify key transformation impacts across people / processes / technology, defines and leads plans for organizational change and enablement, mitigation approaches to minimize impacts, and communicate the change. Facilitate the development and design of organizational enablement and change strategy aligned to the Bank’s must win priorities, and overall ScotiaTech strategy. Serve as an in-house change management SME providing counsel and expertise to leaders and program partners. Drive the identification of barriers to change and collaborate with senior leaders to mitigate resistance.
