Job Description

Job Summary

The CIB Data Change & Enablement Lead designs, drives, and embeds CIB‑wide data literacy and change management, enhancing data capabilities across business and functional teams. The role supports the CIB Chief Data Office, strengthens data culture, engages stakeholders, adopts data standards and tooling, and ensures consistent, transparent reporting across the CIB Data agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Shape and execute the CIB Data Literacy strategy to uplift data knowledge, behaviours, and capabilities across the franchise.
  • Develop a CIB‑wide change and enablement roadmap supporting data‑related programmes, regulatory uplifts, and strategic transformation priorities.
