Our Chalk River location is looking for a Director, Compliance Oversight to lead and advance our compliance assessment and due diligence programs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating, planning, and tracking all assessment activities (self‑assessments, internal audits, external audits) to ensure appropriate coverage and frequency across the organization.
- Developing and implementing a multi‑year self‑assessment planning tool to ensure regulatory requirements are consistently evaluated.
- Creating and managing the annual Integrated Assessment Plan, including monitoring execution and reporting on progress and outcomes.
- Establishing and leading the Independent Evaluation Board by benchmarking best practices, developing the program framework, and staffing the team.
