Connexus Energy is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as our Director, Construction Operations. We’re looking for someone who brings proven leadership and a passion for excellence. This role is instrumental in ensuring exceptional service, reliability, and value to our members, while leading a high-performing team of approximately 70 employees and multiple contractors.
Compensation:
Anticipated hiring pay is $166,600 - $219,000. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 14% based on company performance.
