Job Description
MongoDB is seeking a Director responsible for leading and developing our Cybersecurity Incident Response Team as part of the MongoDB Security Operations organization.
The Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) is responsible for security incident management and investigations across the enterprise as well as the production Atlas services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Effectively manage a global team of senior security analysts and investigatorsDrive quickly towards clarity in complex and ambiguous situations including customer and employee facing incidents, and sensitive investigationsManage large incidents directly, serving as an incident commanderGuide partner teams to strategically enhance our mitigation tools and defense posture based on post-incident analysisParticipate in the design and execution of tabletop exercises in order to test our incident response pro...
