Summary
:The Director of Data and Analytics will be responsible for establishing and leading the credit union’s enterprise analytics strategy, enabling trusted, timely, and actionable data insights across all departments. A key part of this role is to create or enable measurable value in the enterprise, as it related to Data and Analytics. This senior leader will manage a growing team of analysts and engineers while also championing data governance, platform modernization, and cross-functional engagement with other business units. This role is critical to shaping the future of data at the credit union and delivering strategic measurable value through initiatives such as Member 360, performance scorecards, campaign analytics, and predictive modeling.
