Director / Deputy Director (Direct Services, MHCS)

Overall Goal: To provide leadership in directing the programmes and services; and developing the people of the Service Group providing ‘Mental Health & Counselling Services’ (MHCS).

Job Description: As Director/ Dy Director, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programmes and services by MHCS. You will work closely with the CEO as part of the Senior Management Team (SMT) to translate Care Corner’s aspirations and goals into a set of strategic initiatives, and support the implementation of these initiatives within the Service Group.
