What You’ll Be DoingThe Digital Solutions team delivers strategic, innovative digital solutions and platforms to CIBC’s business clients in Small Business (Business Banking), Private Banking, Commercial, and Large Corporate segments. Our team is committed to providing products, strategies, and implementation services that foster positive, profitable relationships and support our clients’ evolving needs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for developing, leading and executing on the Digital Solutions Strategy, in particular leading Cash Management Online which is the bank’s main client‑facing business platform. These business payment platforms are used to deliver access to critical payment products and reporting to our clients including Wires, ACH, EFT, Bill Payments, e‑Transfers, Information Reporting and Credit Card reporting.
