Lead the end-to-end execution of syndicated loan transactions, structuring deals in private credit, LBO and Project FinanceSpearhead client pitches and presentations, leveraging SMBC’s global network to formulate and deliver compelling sales and distribution strategies.Lead and manage the secondary sell down of loan positions, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and investor appetite. Underwriting & Risk Management
Oversee the preparation of underwriting memos and liquidity analyses. Take calculated underwriting risk with a strategic view toward optimal distribution and hold levels. Stakeholder Coordination
