What you’ll be doing
As Director, Strategy & Reporting for the Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (EAML) team, you will shape and advance the division’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, Governance & Advisory, you will collaborate with senior leaders to define purpose, vision, and core strategy for EAML, and implement frameworks to track progress against divisional goals.
You will oversee the development and production of senior executive and board reporting for the AML/Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF) Program, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. Your strategic insights will help optimize operational capacity and workforce planning, and you will lead a team focused on maintaining high reporting and governance standards.
