Position Overview
The Director, eCommerce Merchandising will drive commercial performance through best‑in‑class digital merchandising strategies across the eCommerce channel. The role owns the end‑to‑end onsite merchandising experience, focusing on maximizing conversion, customer engagement, UPT, and lifetime value, in partnership with Marketing, Product, Planning, Digital Experience, and Regional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Merchandising Strategy & Commercial Ownership
- Define and execute a global eCommerce merchandising strategy aligned to product, commercial, and growth objectives.
- Own onsite performance KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT, sell-through, revenue).
