Requirements
- 6+ years of experience within an agency, production company, creative studio, or brand environment
- Exceptional editing skills across Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and related tools
- Experience shooting and directing content using professional camera systems such as Sony FX3/FX6 or similar
- Deep understanding of social-first storytelling, creator culture, and platform best practices
- Ability to balance creative excellence with performance, engagement, and audience impact
- Comfortable directing talent ranging from everyday creators to senior stakeholders and celebrity talent
- Strong production knowledge, with experience managing shoots from planning through delivery
