JUST HR in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada is partnering with the CHRO of a leading hospitality organization to fill a critical leadership role focused on people programs and practices. This onsite position will oversee sourcing, recruitment, performance, retention, engagement, and other aspects of employee experience. The role offers an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to inform, operationalize, and report on people practices in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
