Director, Engineering Project Management

The Director of Engineering Project Management is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of hardware developments and key software releases for the RAVE Product. This role oversees the team of individual contributor project managers creating and maintaining engineering development plans, ensuring that the projects are successful and meet commitments to the stakeholders, and managing the release of stable software to key customers and/or partners. The Director will act as a key liaison between the Engineering Project Management organization and internal stakeholders - including product line, sales, program management, and executives. This role ensures that the Engineering organization has clear, effective planning processes which are adhered to in a consistent manner.
