Job Description
ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Director of Enrollment & Growth is responsible for leading the sales function across MindChamps centres, driving enrolment growth, developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining the organization's service standards and brand reputation.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage Enrolment Executives.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective parents, corporate partners, prospective franchise investors and business partners, and community stakeholders.
