Job Description: Lead the global esports brand enhancement and planning, and the overall management of esports projects, defining goals and core indicators Responsible for the operation and management of esports projects, including project evaluation, cost control, schedule control, team management, and risk management Responsible for esports project management systems, organizing, coordinating, and managing event resources Organize and implement esports events on-site, develop relevant processes, comprehensively control event quality, track event effects, and resolve unexpected problems Responsible for managing the esports team, leading the team to continuously research esports expertise and enhance the value of esports.
