Director, Executive Compensation & Global Mobility
Location: Espoo, Finland (preferred)
Purpose
The Director, Executive Compensation & Global Mobility is a senior leader within the Performance & Reward function and is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of executive compensation, long‑term incentive (LTI) plans, and global mobility strategies. The role ensures that policies, processes, and solutions meet KONE's current and future business needs, support effective corporate governance, and contribute to engaging and motivating senior leaders while strengthening KONE as a great place to work.
