Why this role matters
Our equipment is starting to age out of warranty. Our books are getting more complex. We need someone to own both sides of the back office — the building and the financial operations — so that the operations team can focus on guests and team members.
What you'll get to do:
Lead
- Build and lead a team of two managers: Facilities & Equipment, and Finance & Payroll
- Sit on the leadership team alongside the Service, Production, Talent, and Sales directors
Maintain
- Own the equipment lifecycle from preventive maintenance through capital replacement
- Own major vendor relationships across HVAC, refrigeration, hood and fire suppression, IT, banking, and insurance
