Salary: €275,000–€350,000

A highly respected, independent specialist reinsurance broking business — backed by a well‑capitalised international group — is seeking an exceptional Director‑level professional to lead its Construction and Engineering facultative practice.
The business operates primarily across European markets with global reach, placing complex, large‑value risks with carriers across Lloyds, continental Europe, Singapore, New York, Bermuda and beyond.
This appointment sits at the heart of a deliberate and structured succession strategy. The person who takes this role will arrive with a platform, a mandate and the genuine expectation of shaping the strategic and operational direction of the business.
