Job Description
We are looking for a senior finance leader to head the Finance & Capital function. The role will be responsible for fundraising, structured finance, treasury management, investor relations, banking relationships, financial governance, and strategic capital planning. The candidate will report directly to the CEO and work closely with investors, banks, NBFCs, board members, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead institutional fundraising through Private Equity (PE), Structured Debt, LRD, Joint Ventures, and Project Finance. Design and execute capital strategies across multiple business verticals. Manage investor, lender, bank, and NBFC relationships. Lead treasury operations, cash flow planning, and working capital management. Drive debt refinancing and capital optimization initiatives.
