Finance Operations Director will be responsible for managing the accounting operations and forecasting relating to standard cost, variances, spending, other cost of goods sold, E&O reserve, rebates and other. The responsibilities include:
- Manage E&O, rebates, standard cost of sales, variances, other cost of goods sold, and other aspects of the Gross Margin
- Manage the standard costs and standard costs update
- Manage and supervise one staff and assist the Singapore accounting team
- Independently improve Oracle system processes and automate reconciliation processes
