Position Overview
Director - Flavor Regulatory provides scientific and regulatory leadership to ensure compliance, governance, and sustainable use of flavors across the Coca‑Cola Company’s global portfolio. This role leads the identification, assessment, and mitigation of regulatory and advocacy issues impacting flavors and core product formulas.
The Director works with Ingredient & Product Governance (IPG), Global Development & Innovation (GDI), Flavor Supply, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA), CPS, Operating Units, and external partners to inform both immediate and long‑term business strategy. Externally, the Director represents the Company in relevant trade organizations and industry forums, builds strong supplier and certifier partnerships, and shapes advocacy strategies to protect the Company’s freedom to operate. The position reports to the Vice President, Ingredient & Product Governance.
