Summary As a Director for Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing the classification, recruitment, staffing, processing and program management functional areas and provide expert advice to the senior leaders. Directly supervise highly complex nationwide human resources programs in recruitment and placement, position management and classification, staffing, and hiring. This position is located in Washington, DC. Responsibilities As a Director for Talent Acquisition, you will: Manage complex human resources programs for highly technical occupations and organizations whose mission is to charter, regulate, and supervise national banks and federal savings associations as well as federal branches and agencies of foreign banks.
