:What will you work on? The Director, Toy FPA is responsible for leading Toy financial planning; forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support. This role serves as a key finance business partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights that drive business performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.This position owns the annual Budgeting process, forecasting cycles, financial modeling, and management reporting, for the Toy Creative Centre, while partnering cross-functionally with business leaders to support strategic decision-making. The Director, Toy FPA operates as a senior finance leader, balancing hands-on analytical execution with strategic leadership, and plays a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the organization.How will you create impact?
