Director, Global Business Services – Operations is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient delivery of services within the Global Business Services (GBS) function worldwide.

- Leads efforts to adopt technology and implement process improvements, optimizing GBS operations and enhancing service delivery.
- Ensures GBS operations adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies, and implements risk mitigation strategies.
